  Contacted Riley Motor Company on Thursday. My husband and I took a drive down to meet Ben and see the 2014 Dodge Caravan on Friday. As we were just starting to look Ben and the owner of Riley Motor Company worked hard with us to get us into the van with a payment that we could afford. Very happy with the service we received. And once we got home the kids were so excited. Can't wait for our trip this summer in our new van.

  Just bought a car from Riley motor company, they are very friendly, respond very quickly and do whatever they can to get you into a vehicle. Never in a million years did I think I would be approved with no working income but Dan got me in my vehicle and driving just 24 hours after I applied! Thank you Riley motor company

  We out right bought a jeep wrangler. We weren't going to buy it at first because the engine light was on. They assured us that it was fixed so we went ahead and bought it. In about a week it came on again. We took it in and they "fixed it again". So far so good, it's not come in again but it's clear that it was not fixed properly in the first place. We were also told that we would have the soft top in our possession within a week, that it was just sitting on a Mazda site. We contacted them numerous times...it took 4 months for them to follow through. Today I tried to get some work done on the jeep ...ABS light is constantly on and the tire has had a slow leak ever since I bought it. Come to find out I need to have a lug nut for work to be done on it, it was suppose to have been given to me when I purchased the jeep....I wonder how long this is going to take....6 month? I also bought a truck for a guy that worked for me the day before I bought the Jeep. Within a week he was having serious break problems. No way that truck passed inspection but there was an inspection "sticker" on it. I highly recommend that you not out right buy anything from this company. Make payments only, this way you can have some time to find out what's up with the vehicle.

  Hands-down the very best customer service experience I have ever had in any industry! I couldn't be happier! I was in and out within two hours! I got a car that I love which is beyond affordable!
